Our Promise
As the original owner, you are entitled to free maintenance services for your Dr. Footers boots for the entire lifespan of the product. Our artisans will perform professional care to ensure your footwear ages with character and remains protected against the elements.
What Is Included
Our free service focuses on the preservation of the leather and the aesthetic restoration of the boots, including:
Deep Leather Conditioning: Nourishing the hide to prevent cracking and maintain suppleness.
Professional Polishing: Restoring the original luster and depth of the leather.
Bottoming & Finishing: Care and treatment of the leather outsole edges.
Recoloring: Touching up areas where the finish may have faded.
Waterproofing: Applying professional-grade treatments to maintain resistance against environmental factors.
Structural Maintenance & Repairs
While the services listed above are provided free of charge, we understand that structural components—such as soles, heels, and stitching—will naturally wear over time.
These items are not included in the free maintenance scope, but they can be requested as a professional repair service at any time. Upon receipt of your boots, we will perform a full inspection and provide a transparent quote for the necessary structural work, which our artisans will execute to the same exacting standards as the original construction.
How It Works
Request: Contact us by WhatsApp or submit the form to book your maintenance session or to request a quote for structural repairs.
Shipping: You are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our workshop in Treviso, Italy. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Service: Our artisans will perform the free maintenance services and, if requested/approved, the structural repairs.
Return: Once rejuvenated, your boots will be carefully packed and returned to you.
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: This policy is valid for the original purchaser only.
Responsibility: The customer bears all costs related to shipping and handling, including any potential customs duties for international shipments.
Assessment: We reserve the right to assess the condition of the boots upon arrival. If the footwear shows signs of unauthorized modifications or damage that compromises the feasibility of the maintenance, we will notify you before proceeding.
